Viewing seems easy, Book the time and go.. Not really. There is a lot that comes with it. My home maintenance experience will come in handy. Viewing each home with the eye of a home inspector is the key with keeping the other eye in the future potential of the home

Step 1
Stepping into the market

Its seems like a small first step however is a very important one. This is where it all begins. You have to be sure that you are ready mentally and financially as this may be your first large purchase.

There are many benefits to working with Real Estate Agent. To begin with, it will make your process a lot easier as the agent is experienced and knows how to handle the transaction. The best part is that the buyer`s agent doesn’t cost you anything. Its really a free consultation. The fee is generally covered by the seller`s proceed from the sale.

Start Shopping

A good home depends on many factors. Some might be important and some might not be very important for you. Make a list or download the list of this to look for here!

Step 4
Make an Offer

Once the search is successful and you have selected your dream home, you can then get your agent to draft an offer. The offer will be submitted to the seller or seller`s agent.

Step 5
Appraisal & Home Inspection

An appraisal is the process of property valuation. Every property is unique and is looked at differently. Appraisal is done before the lender will give you the loan. Normally banks and lenders have their own appraisal. Or you can hire your own professional appraiser as 3rd party.

Step 6
Final Walkthrough

This literally means the “final walkthrough”. Checking every detail as mentioned in the contract.

Step 7
Closing

Congratulations! This is your final step. This step will be taken care of by your lawyer. Lawyer will walk you through all the paper work, step by step, page by page with explanation of what it means. This is when you bring the remaining of your indicated down payment as a bank draft.
