To get started lets meet up, I would like to meet up in person so you can get to know me and help me gain your trust. I would share all about me and values I stand for. There may be many initial questions you may have and I will have my answers ready for you.

Take me to your Heaven
After our meet up, we can go to your home and take a look all the amazing feature of your home for me to prepare a comparative marketing analysis to come up with a market price for your home

Getting ready to present
After our final review of the comparative analysis. We will start the home preparation. In order to get you best price possible, we may have to bring out the best of your home. That may include professional staging, minor improvements and cleaning etc.

Marketing
Once the home is ready, It will be put on the market. This is where I will go above and beyond to attract as many buyers as possible.

Hosting Open Houses
Listing goes live and now its time for people to come in to view your house. You will be informed each time someone come on and leaves feedback. Secure lockbox will be provided so the process is safe for us and the buyer.

Offers
We will review all the offers carefully in detail without missing a single detail. Weighting the deals will be some serious decision making power. I will be right beside you when you make one by explaining the implications step of the offer received.
